Dogaci’s Pure Almond Oil can be used orally and externally on all skin types. Hair Use: Using your finger tips, rub Dogaci Pure Almond Oil into the scalp thoroughly and let sit 1hr. Rinse with warm water.

Oral Use: Adults take one tea spoon daily. Keep at room temperature and away from sunlight.
